Dr. Conrad van Dyk is a professor of English at Concordia University of Edmonton (Canada), where he teaches a range of courses on everything from medieval literature to children's classics. He has won prizes for both his teaching and research. In addition to publishing a book and articles on medieval law and literature. Dr. van Dyk is the creator of the online writing guide The Nature of Writing (open access lessons with paid memberships for quizzes). His interest in children's literature has led to the creation of a children's story podcast (Sophie and Sebastian), which he is working on turning into a book.
