About this speaker
In addition to being an author, since 2014, Jeff Elkins has led the writing team for a training company that uses artificial-emotion software to simulate difficult conversations. This unique position has taught him a lot about dialogue. As the Dialogue Doctor, Jeff brings what he has learned simulating conversations to authors to help them write engaging and compelling dialogue.
